With headquarters in São Paulo, the company was founded in 1992 and established itself in the market by developing custom systems and providing consulting services to major clients. In 2004, we opened an office in São José do Rio Preto, where our development center was placed, thus increasing our capacity to produce software

Our Structure

PCA is structured in four business lines, which can act separately or in collaboration, in order to meet all of our clients’ needs. Each area is responsible for a range of services and complementing products. They are:

We seek to have a balanced group of professionals in our team, both experienced and at the beginning of their careers, having in mind their growth in the company.

PCA hires trainees, necessarily undergraduate students, usually seniors, with the goal of taking up the best talents to our work team. The responsibilities designated to trainees are not very different from those designated to the effective collaborators, so that they can obtain the necessary experience to become empowered professionals in the area.

In addition, our company has a consulting service for specific jobs which may require the collaboration of specialized professionals.
